Diema's Dream Charitable Foundation was established in 1998 by Mary Dudley, an
American woman who, as a result of her volunteer work with disabled orphans in Moscow
in the 1990's, realised that the dire plight of these children required an organised and coordinated approach if their lives were to be improved. Since that time, the tireless work of Mary and her colleagues have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for this cause.
This year our new UK directors, Olga Makharinsky and Elena Ragozhina, have assisted in increasing the awareness of the Foundation throughout the Russian community in London. These efforts will forge a link between all those who support our work in England and the American and Russian expatriate communities.
